Flavin also claims that the ‘Daylight’ star has “engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets” which has had a negative effect on the “matrimonial realm”. She asks to be “compensated and healed” by receiving more money than Stallone from the estate.

Flavin, who is seeking to restore her maiden name, also wants sole use of their marital home in Palm Beach, Florida, while Stallone resides at their California property.

Stallone addressed the news on Wednesday, telling Page Six, “I love my family. We address these personal issues in a friendly and private manner.

Four days after Flavin filed, the actor made headlines for covering a large tattoo of his wife’s face on his shoulder.

The actor recently covered up a tattoo of his partner’s face.

Stallone replaced the ink tribute to Butkus, the famous bullmastiff from the “Rocky” movies.

Tattoo artist Zach Perez showed off the cover-up in an August 16 Instagram post.

“Best day of my tattoo career!!” he sprang. “Thank you for trusting me with your tattoo today @officialslystallone.”

After many fans commented on the upload on social media to ask if Flavin cared about the sleazy move, Perez deleted the slideshow from his feed.

Stallone’s publicist Michelle Bega afterward told the Daily Mail that the Oscar nominee “loves his family” and explained the updated tattoo.

“Mr. Stallone intended to refresh the image of his wife, Jennifer’s tattoo. However, the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, irreparable,” she told the newspaper. “As a result, he had to cover the original image with a tattoo of his ‘Rocky’ dog, Butkus.”

But Flavin had previously raised his eyebrows when she posted a photo of herself hugging her three daughters with Stallone: Sophia, 25, Sixtine, 24, and Scarlet, 20.

“These girls are my priority ❤️ nothing else matters,” the businesswoman, who notably no longer follows the “Creed” star on Instagram, captioned the Aug. 10 snap. “We 4 forever.”

Sixtine commented: “The strongest woman I know.”
